Oui, en fait, je pense qu'il faut des explications...
J'ai donc fait un mode d'emploi en 4 étapes... Mettre un chapeau avec un élastique, ce n'est pas compliqué, mais je me suis presque arrachée les cheveux à l'expliquer en dessin!
C'est partit!

Yes, actually... I think this needs explanations.
So I made instructions in 4 steps... Put on a hat with an elastic band is not complicated, but I almost tore my hair out trying to figure out how to explain it with drawings!

Comment mettre un
chapeau avec élastique ?
Tout d'abord, on ne
place jamais l'élastique sous le menton. A part certains chapeaux
qui ont un ruban que l'on vient nouer de manière décorative sous le
menton, vous devez placer l'élastique derrière la tête.
Voici donc comment
faire pas à pas (voir illustrations plus bas).
1. passez le chapeau
comme si c'était un collier.
2. dans la nuque,
ramenez les cheveux par dessus l'élastique.
3. placez le
chapeau. Sur le côté gauche, sur le côté droite, sur le dessus,
sur le front... A vous de voir! L’élastique viendra se placer
naturellement sous la nuque. Il doit aussi être placé derrière les
oreilles.
4. Sur les côtés,
avec un peigne ou les doigts, recouvrez l'élastique avec les
cheveux.
Voilà!
*Si vous portez votre
chapeau avec une coiffure relevée :
Mettez votre chapeau avant de vous coiffer.
A l'étape 2, au lieu de passer tous les cheveux par dessus l'élastique, laisser un voile de cheveux sous l'élastique (1cm). Ce voile recouvrira l'élastique lorsque vous vous coifferez, après l'étape 4.
Avec un peu
d'entraînement, mettre votre chapeau sera très facile!
How to put on a hat
with an elastic band ?
First of all, the
elastic band never goes under your chin. Except if the hat has a
ribbon you can tie under your chin in a decorative way, the elastic
band must be placed behind the head.
Here are step by
step instructions (see illustrations below).
1. put on the hat as
if it was a necklace.
2. At the back of
the neck, pull your hair out to cover the elastic band.
3. Put the hat on
the top of your head . On the left side, on the right side, on
the top, on the forehead… It's up to you ! The elastic band is
naturally going to place itself at the back of the neck. It should be
placed behind ears as well.
4. On the sides, use
a comb or your fingers to cover the elastic with your hair.
Voilà!
*If you wear your hat with a updo hairstyle :
Put on your hat before doing your hair.
At step 2, instead of pulling all the hair out over the elastic band, leave a layer of hair (1cm) under the elastic. This layer is going to cover the elastic when you will make the hairdo, after step 4.
With a little practice, putting on you hat is going to be very easy!
